Care Packages through the end of June are a celebration of LGBTQ Pride Month. I know it’s not much, but I want to put as much support as I could into the world, and this seemed like a good way to add a bit more. Happy Pride Month.

In 1957, Franklin “Frank” E. Kameny was fired from his job as an astronomer by the federal goverment because he was gay. He went on to become the first person to take the case of his firing to the U.S. Supreme Court, but previous case rulings were upheld. Kameny went on to be an LGBT activist for the rest of his life.
