Daily Care Package for March 13, 2022: Daylight Savings Time Edition

Care Package: 1. A parcel of food, money, or luxury items sent to a loved one who is away. 2. A digital gathering of cultural touchstones on ethandezotelle.com, put together to brighten your day a bit.

At 2 a.m. this morning, an hour of time disappeared as Daylight Savings Time began. We lost an hour of sleep, but in exchange, daylight extends 60 minutes deeper into evening. Love it or hate it, we spring ahead in March and fall back in November. Today’s Daily Care Package is dedicated to all things DST, clocks, and sleep.
