Getting a break from the pandemic is an important part of mental health, so starting today, I’m steering the Care Package back toward what it once was: an escape from the daily grind by focusing on the beautiful things in life.
I’ll keep self-care tips going, and I’ll relay important pandemic-related info as it comes up. The list of important phone numbers and websites will also remain at the bottom of each Care Package. But I’m also going to get back to including poetry, art, and other cultural inspiration.
The Flashback Care Package will be sticking around, too, posting daily at 3 p.m.
Wherever you are, whatever you’re doing, I hope the Care Packages help you out in at least some small way. Much love.

Beyond the wrack and din,
There is a wide and fair demesne
Where I have never been.
