Beginning today, the Care Package will include a list of important phone numbers and websites for people in need of support. All phone numbers are nationwide, as they will be able to direct individuals to local resources. Whenever possible, I’ll provide links to websites with chat, text, and email options for those who are unable to make phone calls safely or comfortably. You’ll also find links to state-by-state contacts for departments of labor and health, as well as others as I find them.
This list will grow as time goes on, and if you need help, I encourage you to seek it. If not through a resource here, then through a relative or friend.
Know that you are loved, and help is available.
