Yesterday was the first day of Spring, and I just got home from a class I’m taking about the intersection of gardening and literacy. I’m also ignoring that there are snow squalls passing through as I write this.
I’m ready for the verdant splendor of growing grass, flowers in bloom, and tree branches heavy with leaves.
With that in mind, tonight I’m sharing a joyous instrumental from Good Stuff, The B-52’s wildly fun 1992 album. The World’s Green Laughter packed with chirping, burbling, and warbling.
If it doesn’t put you in the mood for warm weather, I don’t know what will.
