SOMETHING FOR THE EDUCATORS OUT THERE: Napping: Do’s and Don’ts for Healthy Adults

Two weeks into summer vacation, I have cherished the naps I’ve been able to fit in. As with all things, though, there’s a right way and a wrong way to go about getting in an extra snooze.
